Parenting agreements

Parents who aren’t in a legal relationship, don’t live together, or where only one person is a legal parent sometimes want to set out their agreements in writing. Emily can help you consider your needs and prepare a written agreement that spells out your parenting arrangements clearly.

Surrogacy services

If you are planning on using a gestational surrogate to help you have a child, Emily can review contracts between you, the facilitator (if you use one), the ovum donor, and the surrogate. She can also obtain a court order establishing your parentage.
